Acquisition

What You Acquire.
Itemised. Unambiguous.

One payment of $4,950 USD via escrow. Source code only. No customers, no revenue, no ongoing obligations. Every deliverable below is real and verifiable.

Asset A — Certification Harness (The Certifier)

A standalone Python CLI that validates directional prediction files. No database. No external services. Runs in seconds.

Core Deliverables

  • certifier/ — Python package (core validation logic)
  • scripts/certify-model.ts — TypeScript CLI entry point
  • examples/vendor-model-sample.csv — 600-row demo fixture
  • tests/ — Unit + integration tests (pytest)
  • pyproject.toml / requirements.txt — Dependency specifications

Validation Components

  • Recompute accuracy from raw predictions (gate)
  • Baseline comparison: always-bullish, no-change (+3 with price history)
  • Walk-forward period stability across folds (gate)
  • Bonferroni multiple-testing correction (gate)
  • Wilson 95% confidence intervals (diagnostic)
  • Leakage detection gate (pass/fail)
  • PBO with candidates file (diagnostic, optional)
  • Calibration: reliability diagram, ECE, Brier (gate)

Output Format

The certifier prints a structured verdict to STDOUT and returns an exit code:

directional accuracy : 69.33% (416/600)
baselines run : 2/2 (bare CSV)
walk-forward folds : 80.00 → 55.83
wilson 95% interval : 65.5 – 72.9%
leakage gate : passed
VERDICT: OVERFIT
exit code: 1

Exit codes: 0 = PASS, 1 = OVERFIT, 2 = MARGINAL, 3 = FAIL. Designed for CI/CD pipeline gating.

Runtime Requirements

  • Python 3.10+ (tested on 3.10, 3.11, 3.12)
  • numpy ≥ 1.24, pandas ≥ 2.0, scipy ≥ 1.10
  • OS: Linux, macOS, WSL (no native Windows)
  • No database, no external services, no GPU

Asset B — Reference Forecasting Platform

A Next.js 15 application demonstrating the certifier in context. Paper trading only. Not a SaaS business.

Core Deliverables

  • app/ — Next.js 15 App Router (73 pages)
  • api/ — 102 API routes (forecasting, backtesting, portfolio)
  • prisma/ — 50 models (PostgreSQL schema)
  • components/ — UI component library
  • lib/ — Shared utilities, certifier integration
  • tests/ — Unit + integration tests
  • package.json / pnpm-lock.yaml — Dependency lockfile

Key Modules

  • Forecasting engine (Chronos-2 integration)
  • Backtesting framework (walk-forward, purged)
  • Portfolio & position management
  • Paper trading execution simulator
  • Market data ingestion (Yahoo Finance)
  • Certifier API integration

Critical Limitations

  • Paper trading only. No live broker execution. No order routing.
  • No licensed market data. Uses unofficial Yahoo Finance. A production deployment requires a licensed feed (e.g., Polygon, Databento, Refinitiv).
  • Single-operator. No multi-user accounts, no authentication system, no checkout.
  • No SLA, no uptime history. This is a reference implementation, not a production service.
  • Node 22 required. Node 24 breaks the Prisma install.

Tests & Documentation

Included in the repository transfer.

Test Suite

  • Certifier: pytest suite (unit + integration)
  • Platform: Vitest + Playwright (unit + e2e)
  • Demo fixture: 600-row CSV with expected outputs
  • Reproducibility: CI runs demo against fixture on every commit

Documentation

  • README.md — Setup, usage, CLI reference
  • docs/architecture.md — System design
  • docs/methodology.md — Validation methodology details
  • docs/cli-reference.md — All flags and options
  • CHANGELOG.md — Version history

Configuration Templates

  • .env.example — Environment variables (keys, DB, API)
  • prisma/schema.prisma — Database schema
  • vercel.json — Deployment config
  • tsconfig.json — TypeScript config
  • pyproject.toml — Python project config

Sample Datasets

Real prediction data for immediate testing.
